Agent Audition and AI Processing
Agent Audition processes the public profile link or public profile text you choose to provide, along with an optional recorded or typed practice response. Submit only public information that you have the right to use. Do not submit login-protected pages or private information about another person. This content is sent to OpenAI to generate the requested analysis, coaching result, or transcription. OpenAI may retain API content for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring under its data controls. KTO does not use this content to make employment, licensing, housing, credit, or professional-fitness decisions.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide requested tools and resources, respond to questions, operate and improve the website, maintain security, and communicate about KTO services or training when permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Storage and Retention
KTO does not persist Agent Audition profile text, audio, or transcripts after producing the result. If you request the seven-day plan, KTO stores the name and email address you submit as a contact record, without attaching your recording or transcript. Contact records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested resource, manage the relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the website and deliver requested services, such as OpenAI for AI processing, Supabase for contact storage, and Follow Up Boss for managing event registrations and follow-up, or when disclosure is required by law.
