eXp offers stock programs and revenue share with eligibility and performance requirements. Awards and payments are not automatic or guaranteed. Review the current plan and income disclosure before counting on either.

- What would I pay at my current production level, including transaction, software and any team fees?
- Who would help with a transaction question in my state, and when are they available?
- Would I use the online training and community, or do I need a regular physical office?

If eXp fits, get to know Khai
KTO Community is a place for agents at any brokerage to learn with Khai. It is separate from the CGP Realty Group sales team. Joining the community does not automatically include free Academy membership.
Free Academy access applies when you join eXp with Khai as your sponsor, or are connected through another sponsor in his eXp sponsorship network. CGP agents also qualify. We’ll confirm your eligibility before setting up access.
KTO Academy is included at no extra charge for agents in Khai Tran’s eXp sponsorship network. CGP agents also receive access.
The AI Partner Kit and CRE Transition are separate purchases for everyone, including Khai’s eXp sponsorship network and CGP agents. They are not included with Academy access.
Monthly Q&A with Khai is available to his eXp sponsorship network. Sponsorship does not replace your state broker or any required formal mentor arrangement.
