How to use these figures

Confirm the current plan before joining

Brokerage policies can change. Ask for the current Independent Contractor Agreement, fee schedule, revenue share plan, stock-plan documents, and state-specific charges before deciding.

Model your own costs

Compare the full operating cost for your expected transaction mix. Do not treat gross commission, revenue share, or stock eligibility as take-home pay.

Frequently asked questions

Does reaching the cap eliminate every transaction charge?

No. eXp's published materials state that standard transaction charges continue after the cap, and the current eXp Explained presentation lists a separate post-cap transaction-fee schedule.

Does sponsoring an agent establish a revenue share payment?

No. The program is conditional on productive activity, qualification requirements, and current company policy.

Is the ICON Award automatic after capping?

No. eXp describes additional production and cultural requirements. The current program documents determine eligibility, form, timing, and vesting.

Why are the official sources linked beside each figure?

The links let readers check the current company materials directly. If this page and an official document differ, use the official document and ask eXp for written clarification.
