Two Kinds of Email, and Words I Never Said

This week my AI got more room in one place and less in another: standing approval for two kinds of email, and a stricter rule for anything written in my voice.

This week my AI got more room in one place and less in another.

On Sunday, I gave our AI admin assistant standing approval for two kinds of email to our agents: deadline reminders and missing-document reminders. Until then, each of those needed my tap. Missing-document reminders come with a condition. If it can't name the specific document and the agent responsible for it, it doesn't send.

On Monday, a review of lessons Red had drafted in my voice caught invented stories. A quote from someone on my team that was never said. A line about "agents I coach." An admission that I had been wrong about my hooks. None of those claims had a source. The drafts took three review passes, plus a conditional pass from Harvey, my AI legal reviewer.

The rule that came out of it: anything written as me can only state facts already on the record, or ideas clearly framed as working rules to test. If a sentence needs a fact, the fact goes on the record first.

On Thursday, I asked for every page on my websites to read like a person wrote it. My exact words were "human like, no ai, no robotic feel."
