Nine Routines on Paper. Three Actually Scheduled.

A week in, I asked Red to audit itself. The gap between the plan and what was actually set up is where its rulebook came from.

A week after Red moved in, I asked it to audit itself.

It came back with seven sections. One of them was the gap between the plan and what was actually set up. Nine routines were written down. Three were scheduled. Ten personas had been designed, and the audit found no record of the app ever dispatching a task to any of them.

It also found three specialist names that had drifted into each other's jobs. We settled who owns what and fixed it across the system.

The cleanup produced the rules Red still runs on. Some things it does on its own. Some it drafts and waits for one tap from me. Some only I can do. The rules say every action in the first two groups gets written to a log.

Consolidating the specialists was on the table. I kept all ten.

The weekly health check got two new questions that week. Are the specialists' names still consistent? And is every routine that's written down actually scheduled?
