My AI Only Checked My Voice When I Asked

Red drafted a text for me without checking it against the profile of how I write. I found out by asking one question.

On Saturday, Red drafted a text for me to send. Then I asked one question: "did this follow my voice profile?"

It hadn't. The profile was right there, built from my own messages, and Red wrote the draft without checking it against the profile.

The audit it ran afterward found six places where the draft drifted from how I write. The clearest were the easiest to measure. I average fewer than half a period per text, and the draft had six. My median text is eight words, and I break longer thoughts into several short messages. The draft was one long block.

Red rewrote it as short messages.

The fix that day was a rule in Red's memory: before showing me anything I'll send, check it against my profile first. Don't wait for me to ask.
