I Said Kick Off Phase Two. It Asked for the Rules First.

Phase two meant expanding what Red could change inside the live system that holds my tenant and landlord records. When I said go, it stopped and asked for rules.

Week ending June 19. Written up from the build log.

This week my property-operations specialist took on real work. It mapped most of the properties in the management portal we use and took over four of the routine workflows around them.

Then I said, "kick off phase 2."

Phase two meant expanding what Red could change inside that live portal.

Red didn't start. It pointed out that this was a new kind of power, acting inside a system that holds real tenant and landlord information, and that the rules for it hadn't been written. So before any of it gets built, it gets designed: what Red may do alone, what needs my tap, and what it never touches.

The design wasn't settled that week. It went into the queue as a proposal for me to decide.
