Is KTO Community the same as a CGP sales team?

No. KTO is the learning and community relationship. Sponsorship with Khai at eXp and joining a CGP sales team are separate decisions.

Does the AI Partner Kit include Khai’s full AI system?

I Said Implement Everything. It Built Three Placeholders.

I told Red to go ahead and implement all six of its suggestions. For three of them it had no sources, so it refused to make anything up.

On Thursday I told Red, "go ahead and implement all your suggestions 1 to 6."

Three of those suggestions were study guides for my specialists: one for tax, one for legal, one for the capital side. The tool that builds those guides requires source material to work from, and I hadn't given it any.

Red could have filled them in from general knowledge, written confidently, with a disclaimer on top. It built three placeholders instead. Each one names exactly which sources are missing, and none of them pretends to be finished. I accepted that without pushing back.

The rule that came out of it: when a tool requires sources and they aren't there, build the structure, name what's missing, and ask.

Later that day, the tax guide got its sources and became a real guide. The other two are still placeholders.
