I Asked if Red Needed More Specialists. It Needed Owners.

I asked whether my scattered tools meant I needed more AI specialists. Red's answer was no: there were 114 tools, and none had an owner recorded.

This week I asked Red whether I should add more AI specialists instead of having "a bunch of skills scattered" around my system.

Red's answer was no. In its read, the thirteen I had already covered every area that needs real judgment. What was missing was ownership. There were 114 tools, and none of them had an owner recorded.

So all 114 now name one. For twelve of them the right owner wasn't obvious, and those came to me to decide.

The bar for a new specialist got higher too. It has to pass four tests: its area needs recurring judgment, it builds up knowledge over time, it needs its own way of speaking and escalating, and I'd actually call it by name.

One detail from the count: Mirror owns zero tools. That's by design.
