What's the cost to partner with you?
There's no extra fee beyond eXp's normal fees. My support is funded by eXp's revenue share program, which comes out of the company's portion.
Can you guarantee I'll make X in revenue share?
No. I can't and won't guarantee any level of income. Results vary and depend on your skills, effort, and market conditions.
Is the revenue share really willable?
eXp's revenue share program allows you to name a beneficiary. Beneficiaries can continue to receive revenue share if they maintain an active license and the agents in your organization remain productive. It's a potential way to create legacy income, but not guaranteed.
Do I need to live in Texas?
No. eXp is a cloud brokerage. As long as eXp operates in your state or country, we can work together.
What if I'm not sure I should move?
