My Story
I got my real estate license in 2014 and started building my own business in 2017, going full-time in 2018. Like most new agents, I was grinding, door-knocking, and doing whatever I was told "should work."
As an introvert, that traditional hustle culture never felt authentic. I didn't want to become a different person just to succeed.
In 2019, my wife, Hien Le, and I co-founded CGP Realty Group. We built it around a simple belief: agents don't just need a brokerage. They need a foundation, systems, and mentorship they can actually follow. CGP became a place where agents could get real support, clear training, and a path that didn't rely on burning out.
Over time I started seeing the same problems over and over:
- Agents drowning in admin and follow-up
- Agents leaving money on the table by avoiding commercial opportunities
- Agents who need a coach that is patient, not about selling pressure
That's what led me to where I am today. I implemented AI automation and commercial strategies in my own business first, then started guiding other agents through the same growth, step by step.
