What Is Included

This is a done-with-you implementation service, not a self-paced course. You provide context about your market, niche, brand voice, lead sources, and workflow during the strategy call. The systems are then built, tested against real scenarios, documented, and reviewed with you during a live handoff call.

The one-time investment is $1,997 and includes six custom systems, five configured GPTs, a discovery and strategy call, and a live handoff and training call.

The systems use multiple AI platforms so the finished workflow is not dependent on a single tool.

Configured for your niche, market, and personal brand. It produces a seven-day content calendar with post copy, image direction, and hashtags.

System 2: Lead Follow-Up Autopilot (Claude)

Trained around your market, lead sources, and qualification criteria. It produces a lead score, a recommended next action, and a draft follow-up.

System 3: Client Communication Autopilot (ChatGPT)

Configured for your transaction stages and communication style. It drafts stage-appropriate client messages.

System 4: Listing and Buyer Consultation Prep (NotebookLM and Claude)

Creates consultation-ready preparation packets with CMA summaries, buyer profiles, and objection-handling guidance.

System 5: Listing Description Generator (Claude)

Calibrated to your brand voice, neighborhoods, and property types. It creates MLS descriptions, social captions, and email copy.

System 6: 30-Day Nurture Sequence Builder (Claude)

Creates a customized email and text sequence with 30 messages, subject lines, send timing, and personalization tokens.

Five Custom GPTs and Live Training

The build also includes five configured tools: Real Estate Social Boost, Real Estate Listing Pro, Real Estate Conversational Coach, Texas Landlord Assistant, and Real Estate Report Assistant. ChatGPT Plus is recommended for higher limits. A paid ChatGPT plan is required to create or edit the configured GPTs.

During the 30- to 45-minute handoff and training call, you receive a live walkthrough of the systems, real-time adjustments, and answers to your implementation questions.
