The AI Partner Kit · Foundation
Stop starting every AI chat from zero.
You explain the business again, find the same notes and remind the AI what matters.
One owned workspace · 30-day build sequence
Build the operating system your AI is missing.
Give Claude Code your business context, trusted memory, daily brief, promise tracker, and safe draft-only workflows. Test each part. Keep the files. Stay in control.
Build receipts
You test something real at every phase.
At each phase, you will have something to test: a memory check, a brief or a draft you can review.
-
First session
Create a five-line business identity. Ask what it knows and check whether it reflects the basic shape of your business.
-
Week 1
Save a few facts that matter. Open a fresh session and test whether it answers from your files and says when something is missing.
The next tests
Useful before it is automated.
Start with the work you already need help with. Add schedules and connected tools after the Foundation works.
-
Week 2
Build one dated brief and one commitments table. Test them against the work already on your plate.
-
Day 30
Run the graduation audit across Ops, Marketing, and Analyst mode under draft-only approval rules.
The basic Foundation
Pick a problem. See the work product.
You do not need a fully automated system to make this useful. Start with the work that already costs you attention every day.
A real Foundation output
Operator brief
Thursday · 7:00 AM- Approve the Martinez proposal. The client needs an answer by 10:00 AM.
- Prepare for the 1:30 leasing call. Three open questions are waiting in the project file.
- Choose the pricing-page direction. The design is blocked until the promise is settled.
Run the brief when you start your day. It gives you one screen to work from.
Commitments ledger
3 open| Commitment | Owner | Due | Status | Context |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Send revised proposal | You | Today | Draft ready | Client requested two options |
| Confirm venue hold | Jordan | Friday | Waiting | Needs final headcount |
| Review onboarding notes | You | Monday | Open | New team member starts Tuesday |
Say the promise out loud while you work. The system proposes the row so it does not have to stay in your head.
Meeting prep · Jordan Lee
1 page- Relationship
- Operations lead. Owns the finance estimate and venue decision.
- Mutual commitments
- Jordan owes the estimate Friday. You owe revised scope before the meeting.
- Objective
- Leave with one approved budget and a named owner for the launch checklist.
- Ask
- Which assumption creates the largest cost risk?
- Watch-out
- Do not approve timing until the vendor dependency is confirmed.
Paste in the meeting context, or use a connector you already verified. The Foundation turns it into a focused prep sheet.
Paste-in inbox triage
8 messagesReply needed · 2

Paste in the messages you want help with. It organizes and drafts. Nothing sends without you.
Memory check in a fresh session
Source shown# operating-facts.md - Proposals need two options. - Client-facing drafts require approval. - Friday is the weekly review day.
“Your proposals should include two options. I found that in operating-facts.md. I do not have a saved rule for discounts.”
Save a durable fact once. Test it in a fresh session. If it was never saved, the system should say it does not know.
What the day costs
- 9:15 AM
Re-explaining your business to a chatbot. Third time this week.
- 11:40 AM
The follow-up you promised Tuesday pops back into your head. Still unsent.
- 2:05 PM
Forty minutes hunting for an answer you already wrote down somewhere.
- 6:30 PM
The day ends. The system you keep meaning to build still isn't built.
The mature system I run today
The destination, with later connected and scheduled layers.
- 8:02 AM
The follow-up draft was ready. You approved and sent it over coffee.
- 9:15 AM
It opened with context from saved files and verified sources.
- 11:40 AM
Every commitment you made this week, tracked, with owners and dates.
- 2:05 PM
One question, one answer, pulled from your own files.
This morning's brief
- 2 commitments due today. One is Hien's, nudge drafted.
- Listing feedback from Saturday compiled. One buyer agent asked twice about the fence.
- Rent cleared on 3 of 4 doors. Fourth has a note, reply parked for approval.
- Your calendar has 90 open minutes at 2pm. The follow-up list is ranked.
I run four businesses: a real estate team, a training brand, an investor community, and rental operations. My team is small on purpose.
The reason it works is a partner I built. He briefs me every morning, tracks every commitment I make, drafts my outbound for approval, and keeps the facts I choose to save between sessions.
The AI Partner Kit teaches the Foundation under that system: the sequence, templates, and guardrails you can build and test before adding automation.
The box, in numbers
Why the order is the product
I put the sequence together so you know what to build first, what to test and when to move on. You get the files and the order I use to teach the Foundation.
- The 30-Day Build Sequence. Five phases, each one ends with something running.
- The Template Vault. Operating file, memory scaffold, personas, guardrails, starter skills.
- The course, plus 90 days of the Academy. The sequence taught step by step, and it stays yours. For 90 days you also get the wider library and the community. The library holds other material that is not part of the Kit, including how I built the layers that come after it, and that access ends when the 90 days do.
- The Troubleshooting and Cost Guide. The 20 most common ways people get stuck.
- Founding cohort only: two live group calls, Sept 12 and Sept 19 at 10 AM Central.
The basic Foundation
Useful when you ask for help.
- Works from files you own.
- Remembers facts you intentionally save.
- Produces briefs, prep sheets, triage reports, and drafts when invoked.
- Tracks visible commitments.
- Keeps you in the send and approval loop.
Build a reliable base before you automate anything around it.
Later layers
Add these after the Foundation works.
- Scheduled routines.
- Database-backed state.
- Live-channel capture through verified connectors.
- Unattended actions behind explicit approval gates.
Those layers are not in the Kit. What you get is the story of how I built mine, in the Academy library, for your 90 days.
The honest part
The Kit is one time. Running your system takes a paid Claude plan, about $100 to $200 a month. I'd rather tell you now than have you find out on day 3.
Who it's not for
If you want it done for you, this isn't that. And if 30 to 45 minutes a day isn't going to happen, save your money.
6:30 PM · day closed, nothing dropped
20 founding seats. Then it's $497.
- $297 onceFounding price, one payment. List is $497 after this cohort.
- 90 daysWhatever you pay here credits toward any bigger build with me within 90 days. You never pay twice on the same ladder.
- 14 daysFollow the sequence and your morning brief is running within 14 days, or full refund.
If starting every AI conversation from zero is costing you attention, drop your email and I'll send the founding details. No pressure, no strings.
One email with the details. Joining the list doesn't purchase anything. Built on Claude Code. You own everything you build.
